Nanofor® is an insect repellent solution, for application on textiles, surfaces and skin, with the active substance IR3535® and efficacy enhanced by Sil2U® patented technology, acting in the prevention of vector-borne diseases, such as Malaria, Dengue, Zika fever, West Nile fever, Yellow fever, Chikungunya, Encephalitis, to name a few, transmitted by tropical mosquito species such as anopheles, aedes and culex and by ticks.
Conceived in commitment to the WHO’s “Global Vector Control Response (GVCR) 2017–2030” to prevent disease and respond to outbreaks and developed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and Universal Health Coverage.
ACTIVE SUBSTANCE
It’s a powerful and well tolerated active substance for insect repellency, the molecule is inspired by a naturally occurring amino acid. Beyond its proven efficacy, it has an excellent safety profile, friendly to humans, animals and the environment. Not toxic to aquatic organisms, such as fish or algae, and does not accumulate in the environment. Allows safe protection. Highly tolerable even for small children.
IR3535® is recommended as a safe and effective insect repellent by WHO (World Health Organization), ECHA (European Chemicals Agency), CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and EPA(Environmental Protection Agency).
